Long before the world knew him as the Dynamite Kid, Tom Billington was grinding in British gyms as a teenager. Trained from a young age under Ted Betley, Billington learned the hard way, conditioning, discipline, and punishment before polish.
By 1975, he was ready to work. Wrestling under the banner of Max Crabtree, Billington began cutting his teeth on the British circuit. Small halls. No safety net. A year later, in 1976, he finally appeared on television in Lincoln, England, the first glimpse of something different.
This shirt honors the beginning. Before the fame. Before Japan. Before the damage. When Dynamite Kid was just a young worker earning his place the only way he knew how.
