Tom Billington's rise to stardom began with grueling training under the legendary "Dr. Death" Ted Betley at the age of 13. By 1975, Dynamite Kid was ready to make his professional wrestling debut working for British wrestling icon Max Crabtree. But it wasn't until the following year that he'd finally appear on television screens on a show in Lincoln, England.
